Registration fees are non-refundable except in cases where the contest is cancelled by the organizers.
If the contest is cancelled, participants will receive a full refund of their registration fees.
2. Entry Fee Refunds

3. Disqualification Refunds

If a participant is disqualified for violating the contest rules, no refund will be provided.

Reasons for disqualification include but are not limited to plagiarism, submitting inappropriate content, or not adhering to the theme of the contest.
4. Technical Issues

In case of technical issues with the app or website that prevent a participant from submitting their entry, they can request a refund of their entry fee

Proof of the technical issue, such as screenshots or error messages, may be required for the refund request to be processed
5. Refund Processing Time

Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days after the request is approved.
