1. Registration Fee Refunds

Registration fees are non-refundable except in cases where the contest is cancelled by the organizers.

If the contest is cancelled, participants will receive a full refund of their registration fees.

2. Entry Fee Refunds

  • Entry fees are non-refundable once a photo has been submitted

3. Disqualification Refunds

  • If a participant is disqualified for violating the contest rules, no refund will be provided.

  • Reasons for disqualification include but are not limited to plagiarism, submitting inappropriate content, or not adhering to the theme of the contest.

4. Technical Issues

  • In case of technical issues with the app or website that prevent a participant from submitting their entry, they can request a refund of their entry fee

  • Proof of the technical issue, such as screenshots or error messages, may be required for the refund request to be processed

5. Refund Processing Time

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days after the request is approved.
